Advanced Precision Control
Our proprietary advanced control system, integrated with high – resolution encoders and advanced motion control algorithms, guarantees micron – level precision. The TCK63 – 1000 can achieve positioning accuracy of ±0.008 mm and repeatability accuracy of ±0.004 mm.
Extended Bed Design
Featuring an extended bed length of 4130 mm, the TCK63 – 1000 is specifically engineered for long – shaft and large – scale machining. The extra – long bed provides stable support for workpieces of various lengths and sizes, allowing for the seamless machining of components such as wind turbine shafts, large – diameter pipes, and industrial machinery parts.
